Inquiry Virtual Account

The "Inquiry Virtual Account" feature allows you to retrieve the latest detailed information about a specific virtual account number. This feature is useful for checking the status, payment details, and other relevant information associated with a virtual account.

The Inquiry Virtual Account feature allows you to retrieve the latest and most accurate information associated with a Virtual Account number. This API is useful for confirming the VA’s current status, payment details, and other relevant information associated with a virtual account.

Through this feature, you can:

1. Retrieve Details of Virtual Account

The Inquiry API returns the complete and most up-to-date Virtual Account record. This includes all information defined during creation or updated through the API, as well as expiration details and the latest payment information (if applicable). You can also verify whether the VA is still within its valid timeframe to receive payment or already expired.

2. Check the Current VA Status

Use Inquiry to determine whether the Virtual Account is active, paid, or expired. This helps you decide whether the VA can still accept payments or needs to be recreated.


Note:
If you create a new Virtual Account using the same VA number as a previously expired or paid one, the Inquiry API will always return the latest record of the VA, and not the historical record. This ensures merchants always see the most current lifecycle and configuration for specific VA number.
