Add Beneficiary

As a merchant, Add Beneficiary is the initial step for completing a Disbursement, this is also commonly known as Account Verification or inquiry step. You can only disburse to an active and valid bank or ewallet account, hence you need to successfully complete this step before proceeding to hit the Disbursement API.

In case of a 503 HTTP code received in the callbacks with beneficiary status as ‘0’ (Inactive), please hit the ‘Add Beneficiary’ API again.

For beneficiary status ‘3’ (Blocked) or ‘4’ (Invalid), please retry the process.
